Welcome to UrgentCare Hair. These terms apply to all patients receiving hair restoration treatment at our Leeds clinic.

Consultation and Booking

We offer free, no-obligation video consultations every Monday evening from 6pm to 10pm. When you proceed to book a hair transplant procedure, we may request a deposit to secure your date.

If you've paid a deposit and don't attend your procedure without 7 days notice, you may lose that deposit. We understand emergencies happen, which is why we ask for reasonable notice so we can offer that date to another patient.

Payment Terms

The full procedure fee of £2,500 is due before or on the day of your procedure unless you've arranged a payment plan with us in advance. We accept cash, card payments, and approved financing options.

What's Included

The £2,500 fee includes: 3,500-4,000 FUE grafts, PRP treatment, complete aftercare kit, scheduled check-ins, and a 12-month follow-up review. There are no additional fees for these included services.

Treatment Consent

Before your procedure, we'll explain everything in detail and obtain your informed consent. Our clinical team makes treatment recommendations based on professional judgment and your individual hair loss pattern.

Complaints Procedure

We want every patient to be satisfied with their care. If you have any concerns, please speak to our practice manager. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 working days.
